Simon has been fantastic to work with and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him. From our initial consultation and through our weekly sessions, he has made me feel comfortable, pushed me but also listened to how I was feeling. Simon is fantastic. I have thoroughly enjoyed his training plans. The plans are interesting, targeted and effective. My swimming and running times have decreased drastically since completing these plans. He goes above and beyond to focus on my technique and refinement of skill. This has improved my efficiency and therefore had a significant impact on my timings and performance. Highly recommend!!

I’ve had such a productive and fun few months working with Simon. I wanted to focus on increasing my strength on front squats and split lunges, do pull ups and learn some new Olympic weightlifting such as cleans and snatch. I’ve achieved all of these! Simon created a great programme that was varied enough to keep me interested while remaining focused on my goals. He knows when to push me but was great and making me take control of what I could manage in a session. He also has a great focus on making sure form is right to prevent injury. Huge thanks and I’d highly recommend Simon to anyone wanting to focus on strength and conditioning.

Simon is an excellent PT! He is approachable, honest and very easy to talk to. He listens and tailors our sessions and is available outside our sessions for exercise and nutrition advice too.I’ve been working out with Simon for over 2 years now. I took a 6 month break as I was travelling but have returned to working out with Simon twice a week as he’s really helped me to see results in what I can lift and also on the scales too!I would highly recommend Simon as a PT, whether it’s to reach a fitness goal, lose some weight or just to get some consistency!
