Wow. I cannot rate this place well enough.On their busiest day of the week, which I realised as I got there, I brought in 2 loads of emergency washing after moving home and having no washing machine.The women there told me not to worry and they still fit me in, clothes beautifully washed and dried within a couple of hours. I love Sparks and the staff forever, cannot thank enough!

We have always used this launderette, but having not been for a few years, we came to find you now have to book. I’ve never known a launderette where you have to book. Whilst we were there, others came in that didn’t realised you needed to book. Also, you only get 45 mins parking, that’s not enough time to do washing. The staff are nice and helpful though.

Bedding was returned to us still dirty. Very disappointed after reading positive reviews.Update 23/1/23 (original post 6 days ago) - Received the kind offer of having our bedding collected and re-washed today. With that goodwill gesture and nice customer service, I'm increasing my score from 2 to 4.

I know the parking is out of the control of Goodman Sparks, but to me is NOT acceptable to be charged for parking just to wash my clothes! I now go elsewhere to do my washing. If Goodman Sparks started refunding customers again for their parking fee then I would start using Goodman Sparks again.I know quite a few others who are doing the same as me also.

I regularly visit my local laundrette and have done for many years .. always just to dry my washing and yes now you have to booka slot which is actually better than waiting.I have always found the staff to be really friendly , helpful and courteous to me and others that I have observed whether new customers or regulars . Keep supplying their sweets!!! Jonathan along with the excellent service you and your staff provide .

Good laundrette. Clean and well maintained machines. Staff present if you need help. It's busy so you need to ring ahead and book a time slot, sometimes you can get a walk in slot but wouldn't risk it if it's urgent.

Really excellent service. Their dry cleaning was quite affordable. The turn around is a few days on average so try not to get caught out. The service is always quick and friendly. My go to place.

Booking ahead would be better option,quite busy place, paid parking available, people are nice they will help us and also store open till 10pm
