Only reason I gave an extra star is that the ladies are nice. Had manicure and pedicure and am not impressed at all with the result. Very sloppy work, gel polish stained my finger tips, the therapist cut my skin when cutting my cuticles, rough use of nail file that it just scratched my skin and it stung. Didn't even get my finger nails soaked as how they usually would in other nail salon. Reason being if the nails are wet, gel may not last long (I never had any issue with this before, so not sure about this argument); plus she did soak my toes before putting the gel, so why the difference?She was all over the place. I didn't have the heart to tell her I wasn't happy plus I just wanted to get it done quickly hoping she wouldn't cause more bleeding. I feel like I am wasting £60 since I have to get my nails redone now.

Wonderful active collagen facial - the best facial I have had. Therapist was very professional and highly knowledgable and gave lots of advice and recommendations for my maturer skin. My face was glowing for days after, and was really hydrated too. Highly recommend this luxury treat. Re booked immediately!

Always excellent service for a full body massage. Reasonable price. Friendly staff that make you feel relaxed. Always feel like I want to leave a tip as they always do such a good job! Always feel bad if i don't have any cash on me to leave one....they dont expect a tip though.... it's a retreat in a busy town centre. Always lovely to go here.

I have been to this saloon for over 4 years now. It’s absolutely fantastic and the customer service incredible. Prices on the average.

Very expensive, for what it is. The nails are not filed properly (uneven). The nail polish is put on uneven. The ladies are very nice, they will accommodate you very well. There is not a lot of choice in nail polish decorations. The place is clean.
