MF Safety & Workwear

Went here after looking at the website, its very inviting with great reviews from some purchasing people in big companies, so i made a trip there as they claim they are open according to google and the website says the same and that they are also willing to help to get you what you need.This cannot be further from the truth. I own a small business and need stuff with great Face to Face dealing and quickly, when i arrived there i find a door that wont open and a sign saying that its collections only if you have an account. No trade counter available.So i rang from the car park to ask if i could come in to set up an account and discuss my companies needs, to which i was told no, you need to email us and set up an account and go through paperwork, which takes time, then i can purchase.So this place is no good for safety, where you need quick and fast service when you are at customers sites.Why is the lack of availability of a trade counter not mentioned on the website? Or the account setup process stated? They need to state that they are not open to public and the site is not open to trade public, only account holders or deliveries.So i keep my £15k p.a. account with Arco, where you can go in and get what you want in 15 mins.

Excellent products and a friendly service.

We had some awful experiences of uniform suppliers on both national and local levels ranging from taking months to arrive to really poor quality and not wanting to resolve.To find MF Safety who i’d never heard of despite being a local company truly was like a breath of fresh air. They took the time to source the right items for us (at GEM Vending) and it was all delivered really quickly.If ever we needed anything different a quick call was all that was needed and this was sourced and added to our portal for easy ordering.Would recommend to all, this is one decision you won’t regret!
