Well, first week of membership and I am blown away! I was really nervous as a new driver starting my courier business. My fear of investing in membership and not generating enough work have been quashed. I am so pleased that I had a chat with sales (Poliana), her calm and understanding approach gave me the confidence to take the next step. I have had more job opportunities than I could have hoped for. The CX platform has so many loads that I can pick and choose loads that fit my lifestyle perfectly.Today I took two loads, Leeds and Northampton, I also added my journey to the platform with a view to getting a return load. During the day I had over 100 alerts of potential loads based on my current and future locations.I know it's only a week but my first months overheads have been covered within 3 days.If you are currently on the fence, as I was, my advice would be to commit, your only regret will be not having more vans!Good luck!

An absolute disgrace to allow National Sameday who owe your members thousands of pounds due to bankruptcy to then open up under a new company name National Sameday trucking. No protection to your members who have paid to join the cx. Whilst the platform is a good tool but remember if you have any issues getting paid don't bother relying on the exchange to help you. They couldn't care less.

Please avoid this companyAfter giving you the cx ,they not going to solve your issues… they just need money that’s it……..Their contact number is not working all the time whenever you gonna gave them a call they says all agents are busy plz try again later. Always says we are very busy will give you a response in 2 hours and after that you have to try very very hard to speak to someone. Laura always not listening and making excuses . Plz it’s an request to all drivers plz avoid its a Completely wastage of time and money . You need to struggle a lot if you get the cx. I waited 4 days to speak to someone. If someone gave you feedback you wont get any job and they not gonna help you to remove that.. please don’t go for this

This message is for delivery drivers who are thinking to join to CX. DO NOT join to CX because you do not get your money! It is a platform from the hell. Most companies in this platform pay late or don't pay at all. You have to run after courier companies in CX platform for months to get your money but they don't pay. I lost thousands of pounds in CX platform. DO NOT JOIN or join if you want to work for nothing.

I wanted to give two and a half stars, but it doesn't work, so I gave two, and below I will explain why.I have been associated with this platform for 9 years, everything was fine until they started cooperation with this damned company Trustd!!!! There is no possibility to talk to them by phone!!!!They will take your money for a three-month subscription and still don't give a damn about you!!!!

An amazing platform to work with. I Started with 1 Luton van and the work I have gained through Courier Exchange has enabled me to build to a fleet of 16 vans. The companies we work with from the exchange have been unbelievably supportive and it is just a great vibe all the time. Customer support has always been great.

Hello all courier exchange customer service. I am in this platform for 2months now now getting to receive payment BUT problem is most of them pay Late you have to call them thousands of time. I am really tired of this if I do a job properly they have to pay it before or on the day of expired invoices. I risen a ticket CX customer service replied that I have to follow a long procedure which for its not fair.Please introduce some new systems of payments or any kind of increase after expiry. Otherwise its hard for me don't know for others.Thanks

Stay far far away Don't waste your money.Don't approach this company. They talk very posh and you fell very comfortable, once you paid the money then all HIDDEN AGENDAS come out and you will cry. They Don't even pay what they promise.

It is not worth the price unless you have jobs to post.It is the same prices as every other €100 per month website.No advantage at all, besides nobody puts full delivery addresses which makes it complicatedIf you work extra, the website takes no responsibility or gives No warranty.I have invoices that are overdue 2/3 months, simply a hustler situation

Courier of 10+ year, CX member for 9 months and by far the worst decision i ever made. I don't know who leaves 5 star reviews but believe me it isn't worth it. If it was free maybe but it's nothing you can't do yourself just contact companies.You pay a huge fee to join around £2000 then you have to find a job, pretty standard app. The awful side for me is problem payers.In 5 months I had 9 yes NINE unpaid invoices where the cx did 0 to help. 2 had completely left the platform meaning I never got the money and all cx said was 'contact a small claims court'. They have nothing in place for the drivers whatsoever. Companies continously don't pay you for the work, they make every excuse going 'oh you didn't send a posted invoice' everything is on the cx but they refuse to look at it and make you jump through hoops to ever get paid.Most jobs are also 45 days end of month which is ridiculous, meaning you do a job on the 02nd January you'll get paid (if they stick to their terms) on the 15th of March. Who can wait that long for your money when you have fuel etc to pay for everyday.Add onto this there isn't anywhere near enough work I was struggling that badly I had to sleep in My van just to try and get by. The rates are low due to too many drivers and honestly it is just a platform for freight forwarders to add work for a cut of the profit. Drivers get no benefits at all and every week you'll be chasing invoices and stressing over bills unpaid because this company that's on a trusted platform turns out to be dodgy. I've seen companies on there with 27 bad feedback and still they remain on. How do cx allow this?? I'd never return to the cx.The CX could be a great platform but I'm afraid they just do not have any interest in the drivers. There are so many ways they could improve, make a loader pay a deposit, if they leave the platform the deposit goes to reimburse drivers. Just 1 idea of many. Why is it everyone wins bar the driver, the loaders get their money, cx get theirs, the drivers who's trying to run a small honest business gets nothing but directions to a small claims court which is pointless if its below £200.
