Vuxen Smart homes installed my new Nest doorbell. They were very punctual (down to the minute), efficient, professional, and overall did a fantastic job. The installation engineer was very good at his job and answered all my queries. I also would like to point out that he wore a face mask during the entire time, as well as gloves (the installation happened during the COVID-19 pandemic). Overall, an excellent service. I will be using them again for any future smart home installations.

Absolutely fantastic. Micheal Adrian turned up on time. very friendly and professional. Our nest was installed by a cowboy" installer and was causing problems. He did a fantastic job and fixed it very professionally. Highly recommended and if you need a highly professional job done. Fantastic and very pleased with the work."

Both Alexandra & Michael at Vuxen have been very quick to respond and helpful regarding nest thermostat installation and query about replacement of intercom handset. The installation took an hour more than originally estimated but this was at a discounted rate due to difficulties on the engineers side which is much appreciated. Very happy with polite, friendly and prompt service, would recommend!
