Valued my property at £20,000 less than 2 other local agents, obviously in cahoots with the New Build agents I was looking at despite them selling a property exactly the same as mine only 4 weeks ago on offers between £230,000-£240,000! Avoid at all costs.

We are dealing with Maria from the Hucknall branch on the purchase of a house. Our experience couldn’t have been better. Extremely professional and friendly throughout and the level of proactive communication has been excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending Maria and the wider HoldenCopley team.

We arranged to view a property, which the viewing got cancelled an hr before,For no particular reason.We had no further contact for a further viewing . We phoned to find out when we could go again.The manager had no clue of the cancellation and came back with excuses that an offer had be made. We said well if we view it we could make a better offer.Again excuses.We were going to market our property after Christmas, as we had these toCome and value our property.After this fiasco , we are now going with watsons at kimberley .Estate agents should be hell bent on getting the best possible price for the seller.Just goes to show the workmanship when a property is empty that they are not prepared to go out of their way.Its open our eyes to how they do buisness

Holden and Copley Hucknall branch . Jack Best we met him first he was always my first port of call if and when I wanted to find out any information and he would put me through to the right people . Excellent service . He was so helpful always getting back to us quickly and so nice . It was nice that we could always have one person to go to for emails that would answer questions quickly and put us in touch with the correct people we needed to talk to to sell our house. Poor service from the start with Holden Copley. From not giving feedback after viewings, still not getting feedback after raising the issue, staff member saying they didn't phone to give feedback, because I know you wouldn't accept the offer, phoning a number of times asking how to set the bungalow alarm after being told a number of times how to do it, not setting the bungalow alarm after a viewing, letter to the bungalow opened by someone, being told one thing by one staff member then be told something totally different from another staff member. Looking at taking 8 Yeoman Avenue to another agent to sell. (Owners Son) Update- Final straw was going around the bungalow a day after the viewing and see that three lights had been left on, to which one was a fan light, with the fan going at full rate. Credit goes to Sarah though, she did apologise for all the problems via email. Now with HomeMove, for the estate agent.
