I was followed round by the staff for no reason they followed every turn I took whispering to each other to the point where it was becoming harassment they was two girls one blonde one with brown hair and an Asian boy worker they was even staring and whispering still after i spent £340 would not come here

What was meant to be a same day click and collect on the 15th July is still not ready on the 16th, the store do not pick up their phone and customer services do not respond either. The franchise has definitely dropped in quality of service, if you cannot uphold the same day click and collect service you should scrap it instead of making customers wait. I'd have a better chance of finding meat in a vegan restaurant. Absolutely appalling service as I needed gifts for a particular day and had to turn up to a party with random gifts.

I was shopping with my 10 year old, and he was trying things on. They asked me to leave my shopping bags outside of the fitting room so I thought ok, then stopped me again to say I had to leave my small handbag containing my cash, phone, card, they made me feel really awkward, when I protested to this! Just leave it on the floor outside of the room! Where anyone could pick it up! If they expect this they should provide lockers! It grieved to to make my purchase after they went out of their way to make me feel like a shop lifter! I work in retail and would never treat a customer this way.

Looks to be a decent sized store, but didn't have any of the items I needed which are on the website and fairly basic things these stores usually have. Shame because it's a good location in a retail park with decent parking. Ended up having to order online from elsewhere.

Store lies it doesn’t open at 9 on Sunday it opens at half 10 don’t waste your time guys if your in a rush to grab something quickly.

Don't bother using the screens in store to order. They will let you order and pay even though the items are not in stock. So your sitting at home waiting for your new trainers that ain't never going to arrive. Customer service will tell you to go back to the shop and get a refund. Complete waste of time.
