Extremely friendly staff with coffee and food at prices to match. One of the rare instances where the fact an establishment happens to be located within a transport hub isn't used as an excuse to charge the traveller seeking refreshment more than would otherwise be the case. Some seating but mainly deigned to service the needs of those on the go.

Been getting my coffee here for years and the staff are so lovely but this morning whilst trying to offer help to young girl who was clearly new, I got my head bitten off by the blonde barrista. She needs to chill out, seems very stressed. Recognise when someone is having a go, I wasn't, I was helping. Nothing is worth getting that stressed about!! I will avoid her from now on. Happy Monday.

I’m here all the time and enjoy getting a coffee before work. Every so often I get a decent quality coffee (oat latte with vanilla) but most of the time it’s burnt and half the time (like today, having the worst coffee I’ve ever had as it is not drinkable) the syrup is missing, despite being charged for it. The inconsistency is a problem. The coffee is never made with care but with haste, or sometimes the opposite. It is also never made the same way, which suggests that people aren’t properly trained to make coffee.My biggest problem, however, is that I can’t eat one sandwich there because I’m allergic to dairy and can’t eat red meat. If I’m lucky there is occasionally a tuna salad sandwich but it’s rarely there.Please sort this out
