Best Van Rental Company Ever!

Collected a van and broke down, got help within a short time.Called Out of hours number went straight to voice mail. I called the manager at Croydon and informed him about the issues with the van and I couldn't get hold of the anyone. He tried and they call me back. We got the van running but clutch was back to normal position. Third gear was too stiff.About six miles, injector, spanner sign came on stayed for about a mile went off.The gentle call and say I test drive it and if the light comes on, they will swap the van.The following day I got a call and he said test drive the van if you don't like it you have to bring back to Didcot Hire. I checked and test drove it more problem cropped up the spanner sign on, engine management light on, dpf on.I just decided to drive back to Didcot Hire and praying that it doesn't break down on the motorway.Straight away the van was swapped and I am heading back. Fuel also reimbursed.Many thanks to all the staff that help with swiftly resolving the issues. Keep up the good work.
