Have to say what a wonderful service Erica's has, I ordered flowers for Mother's Day late on the Saturday, my own fault for leaving it so late, expecting them to be delivered on the Monday and they went above and beyond and delivered them for me on Mother's Day. Fantastic. Thank you very much. You made both my mum and me very very happy.

Erica's florists was recommended to me years ago by a friend, and I have never used another florist since! Their friendly staff are very willing to help, and always deliver beautifully arranged flowers. Was really surprised to see the one star review beneath, as I have always had a great selection from them at very reasonable prices (as have my friends and co-workers!)... Judging by the kind and professional nature of the staff, I would imagine they'd be more than happy to help resolve the issue, given the opportunity... Have never had any issues with my orders, or the staff, and will continue to use/support this great wee local business!

Wow. Erica's team got me out of a tight spot with a beautiful bunch of flowers. There were sunflowers, lillies, thistles and lots more. Truly looked impressive, and vibrant and fresh. Very quick at putting my order after I walked in off the street just near closing time on a rainy Friday. The flowers were loved by my other half, who was quite mad at me for buying a puppy without telling her. Phew...Erica's is a life saver.Oh...almost forgot to mention, the flowers were also super value for money. As competitively priced as some chains, but Erica's are fresher and put together with love and expertise. But your bunches of flowers here and you will never go wrong.

Erica’s made a floral arrangement for a friend’s funeral and I have to say it was beautiful. The colours were just as I requested, pink, purple and thistles and the shaded of the flowers they used in the arrangement were stunning. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you so much.

I would recommend this shop, i received good and friendly service when I've popped in, I've bought several plants that were in good condition and still doing well at a reasonable price and the previous bouquet of flowers I've bought have been well received and lasted a good length of time, thanks

So disappointed. I received flowers for today for mother's day there is one rose, three gerbera, three carnations, a small amount of gypsophelia and a small amount of statice. Mostly it's leaves. There is a pink vase and some sort of lilac wicker bowl thing so the flowers to be placed in. I have gone on the Web site to check and they have some lovely pictures but the ones I received are missing more than just a few flowers. I have told my family before not to order as I have been disappointed but today I am actually making a full complaint to the company.

Erica’s was Fantastic. Not only did they react to an order at short notice, they even adapted it further on the day of delivery. Difficult customers doesn’t seem to phase them. The flowers were amazing. Thank you so much.

I see a review above which talks about the 'mother's day perfect gift' by Interflora delivered by Erica's florist in Haddington. These orders ordered through Interflora are stem specific and the florist has to put solely the quantity of stems specified by Interflora. If the family had ordered direct with the florist you would have received something quite different. I always like to speak to the florist direct as you tend to get better value.

Ericas made the wedding bouquets and buttonholes for our wedding. They were beautiful and reasonably priced. We picked them up on the wedding day to take to the venue.
