Superb after sales care from this company. The Rutland door closer on our front door became difficult to adjust after 6 years of continuous use. We called Rutland for guidance on dealing with the problem. Unsolicited they sent a brand new replacement at no cost together with detailed easy-to-follow fitting instructions. When we mentioned the fitting would be done on a Sunday they gave us a contact number to call out of hours in case there was any problem during fitting. There wasn't. It was easy and we are very happy with the result.
