Whole flat roof replaced in 2018 with a 10 year guarantee. Within a year a leak from one corner. Roof looks perfect but water coming in. I have removed a portion of ceiling to see more. It’s soaking wet. Darren has sent several people over to look and tried to make a repair but unsuccessful. Difficult to get an answer or help. Now ignoring my messages calls and e mails.Clearly the guarantee not being honoured. I have unhappy tenants asking for rent rebate and there is still a leak. Have been very patient but now I’m being ignored!!!!!
