I purchased a Groupon for Jo at be beautiful for gel nails. I was unable to get any response or book. I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund from groupon. why bother using Groupon if you have no intention of honouring the vouchers?! Poor customer service.

Just had my eyebrows and lashes done for Christmas. Second time going to the salon and won’t be the last. Jo is such a warm and friendly person and her work is of a very high standard. She pays a lot of attention to detail and really listens to what you want. Can’t recommend this salon enough! I don’t have much time for pampering atm as I have a new baby but Jo has made me feel festive and girly again! Thank you so much!

Jo was friendly, her work is excellent I would recommend her in an instance. Can't wait to have a pedicure in 5 weeks time.

No communication whatsoever, no response to numerous calls and texting. Had to cancel and refund through Treatwell. This seems to be a common theme looking at other reviews, so I wouldn't waste time booking here if you are thinking about it!

Purchased a Groupin deal for a mani or pedicure. No response to message/calls trying to book. Groupon website then said the merchant is no longer accepting vouchers. Pointless and a waste of time.

Booked a treat for myself to try and relax before my exams and holiday. I turned up 10 mins before the appointment as is usually required. It was very hard to find the building as it’s inside a gym with no signage. Called the number a few times with no answer. Emailed, no answer. Waited 20 minutes and still didn’t hear anything until I get an email of a refund?! No apology or call. A huge waste of time, very disappointing.
