I’ve had both personal training sessions with Danielle and I have also recently participated in virtual group fitness sessions that she has hosted throughout lockdown and I can firmly say that my fitness levels and overall well-being have improved significantly! Danielle has been brilliant and immensely supportive in helping me achieve my personal fitness goals - which for me was about having a healthy relationship with exercise and getting fitter, and Danielle certainly enabled me to achieve this.Danielle is hugely knowledgable and experienced and she is able to offer expertise to help you get the most out of exercise, and most importantly for you to enjoy it too!I would definitely recommend Danielle’s Bodyfit to anyone who’s keen to improve their overall health & fitness, or in fact their mental health and well-being.

If you want to be challenged, encouraged and supported through your journey then Danielle is the person for you. I’d tried different methods to lose weight and get fitter after having children but nothing ever stuck. I’d never really considered a PT but thought I’d try Danielle as I’d been to her classes in the past. Within a few sessions I knew I’d made the right choice. She really listened to what I wanted to do and took into account my lifestyle so effectively I didn’t feel like I was on one of those horrid plans that punishes you if you have a biscuit! I’m so happy with the results plus I really enjoy the strength training we do. If you’re thinking about a PT please contact Danielle and have a chat, you won’t regret it!

Danielle’s Personal Training and Group training is really like no other. The time and effort put to make ‘your time’ worthwhile is incredible. Having been with Danielle for nearly 2 years after setting out with ‘ I’ll do a month or two and see how I go’ I would be crazy to stop. The progress physically can speak for itself but mentally is something you can’t show. Continued support and encouragement whilst always ensuring you get the most out of the session. It’s definitely a no pressure environment but always relaxed or tailored to make you feel comfortable. Personal training is as it says personal so if that’s what you’re after in your PT I would highly recommend Danielle or if you’re still on the fence check out the website to look at the packages available. The group virtual sessions are great ‘low cost’ and fun way to exercise in your home at your own pace and in your own time with pre-recorded sessions but also a brilliant way to introduce yourself to Danielle to see how she works. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and continue to recommend her services to family, friends and colleagues.
