Helen was really helpful with printing off my photos. She was very patient and had lots of suggestions for photo Xmas pressies. She came up with a brilliant idea for one(a snow globe) and sorted it out for me. Perfect! She is very smiley and polite.I shall now visit Max Spielmann again rather than visit the usual shop nearby where I get photos printed!Thanks so much. A pleasure doing business with you!

Asked on the phone about same-day business cards and was informed this was no problem, came in and the lady said they'd be ready in an hour (not great as I had assumed they could be done straight away). Came back an hour later (two dedicated trips now) and she said they didn't get time and I'd have to come back tomorrow :( The whole point of going there physically was to get them same-day, or else I'd have just ordered online from Vistaprint or wherever.

I took quite a lot of documents to scan the young man that was there was so helpful and polite he had it done in no time. Very excellent customer service at reasonable prices

Only reason I venture into Welly town centre nowadays, won't go anywhere else to get my pictures printed and to pick up a nice quality frame. Service is always top notch with offers of help and assistance. Of course, it's only a small shop, so expect it to be busy sometimes., that can't be helped.
