Lilo Grill House
I invited a colleague to a meal at Lilo as i had not been there in a long time. Biggest mistake i had made. My colleague ordered chicken sawarma when food arrived the waiter put a plate of beef dices in front of him. When he said this wasn't what i ordered , the waiter said they didnt have any chicken and walked away. How rude, food was disgusting, cold. It has lost its way, real shame

Ordered at 5.30pm.Order was to arrive between 6.20 and 6.40pm.At 7.30pm I rang to find out where my food was.They had no driver available and were trying to find one! They also told me my food was ready, and being kept in the warmer-2 hours after my original order was placed!!! I didn't fancy eating food that wasn't going to be totally fresh and had been sitting there for so long. I didn't want to risk food poisoning so cancelled and ordered elsewhere.Why offer a delivery service that you can't facilitate.Very disappointing!

Great food! Massive portions as you can see from my pic and very reasonable prices. I didn't have any juice as I'm not a juice fan but they make them fresh and I'm sure they'll be to a good standard. Will definitely visit again when in Cardiff. Oh and there's also a nice camel at the entrance which makes a nice place to take a photo ☺️

Lovely friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, stunning food, well presented, huge portions and very reasonable prices. We will be back. Thanks to all of the staff for making us so welcome.

The service wasn't the best, forgot our starter but all is forgiven as the food was lovely, only criticism is the naan is way to thin, probably done to make them look bigger but unfortunately they broke like a crisp. All the food was very tasty. I'd give value 4 out of 5, Zen Bbq was my go to place but there platter has increased from £22 to £35 and its half the size of the one in the picture which was only £39.

This review is special for chef yacine , he always looks after us and helps us to choose what to eat, he cooks the food at the perfection and taste very delicious with a generous portion, thanks chef yacine will definitely be back.
