James recently catered our small wedding of 20 people. The food was absolutely incredible, he went above and beyond expectations not just with the food buthelped serve our wedding cake as well. James provided an amazing two course brunch, canapes and the best wedding breakfast. Cannot recommend enough. Already thinking of excuses to hire him again!

Chef James catered for our wedding in June and the food was superb, all guests commented on just how amazing our food was and how the attention to detail along with presentation was just incredible.The melt in the mouth fillet of beef is something we have never tasted before. James was so attentive and accommodating right from the moment we booked him up, he has a fountain of knowledge and thought about every little detail.Can’t wait to have James on more family occasions.

James is a wonderful chef! We used him for our wedding and he was there at every stage. Helping us design a beautiful menu that we loved, to helping us find the serving staff, to the logistics of a wedding in two locations and a marquee! James did the catering for our family event, about 20 people. Really efficient and friendly, just came in made us some incredible food - no fuss. Made our day so easy. Very highly recommended for any occasion, might just get him in to for any parties in the future!

We used Chef James at our rented house in Hereford to help celebrate a very special 80th birthday. We were a group of 8 ranging from 12 years old to 83.We chose the Posh Nosh menu and it was an absolute delight, in particular the canapes went down a treat with something to suit everyone. The food was beautifully presented and Chef James was just fab.We enjoyed working with him to finalise our menu choices and he was very organised on the day.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chef James and hope we have a good excuse to use him again in the future.

James couldn’t have been better - he came to our venue (a glamping site) and had everything running perfectly for us on our return. It was just want we needed - a meaty feast for the boys on a stag do. He worked around us and was flexible. A really nice fella highly recommended.

We arranged a 'at home' dining experience with Chef James for our extended family whilst staying in a rented cottage near Leominster. The discussion with Chef James prior to the event was really easy and helpful and the meal James provided on the day was truly wonderful, from starter to dessert, and beautifully presented. In addition, it was a pleasure to chat with Chef James whilst he was carrying out all the preparation work - and all the clearing up afterwards. We have no hesitation in recommending Chef James.
