Always very helpful there. If I was buying a tub I would not go to Costco etc. The after care support they give you etc is top notch at Hot Tub World.

We have had our tub for 6 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Just needed a new circuit thingy? Which will maintain it for a few more years. Tony the engineer is so helpful my hubby didn't stop singing his praises. It'd you're thinking about it... Just do it. You can't take it with you!

Take a good look at Coast Spas they are built with quality in mind and have options that will amaze you.Check out the infinity edge spa it is fantastic and very beautiful. Coast spas is the cleanest hot tub in the industry and will stand the test of time.

Above and beyond. Hot tub order process easy. Hot tub delivered as expected. Delivery and installation team were excellent. Entrance to our bespoke hot tub facility turned out to be 1 inch too small. The team were determined to find a solution. They did. A few acres undone and roof lifted enabled the hot tub to be installed. It was not easy. The maintenance activities were clearly explained. We are now enjoying the hot tub. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this company and owner together with all staff! John is such a lovely man who will do his best to help in any way possible.I bought my hot springs jacuzzi and sauna from hi a few years ago and since moved, he even arranged removal, storage and delivered them back to me at my new address!I have recommended john to 5 now including family and they’re as a happy as I am!!5* company. Great team!

Excellent first class service, from original Enquiriey was given professional knowledgable advice, also took advantage of the water test swim prior to purchasing, the fitters are a credit to the company.Overall excellent product and would definitely recommend this company.

We had a Hot Spring Propel hot tub delivered and installed yesterday by three guys from Hot Tub World, the service they afforded us was first class from start to finish, Jay in the showroom was excellent as were the three guys on site, the best service ever.
