As a hearing aid wearer of 35 years i think I’ve seen and experienced pretty much everything!My hearing loss is in the severe bracket and as a 40 year old man it is incredibly important for me to have not only the beat/right hearing aids but best audiologist too… it really makes a difference! Helen is easily the best in Leeds and i must have seen hundreds in my lifetime.Helen really listens (!) to me and has always helped me and supported me.I have been a customer of Amplifon for around 8-9 years now, i did try a couple of other places last year and 12 years ago when i have needed new hearing aids but they were no where near as good as Helen.Today i visited because i wasn’t able to stream my aids to my new Macbook. I searched high and low on the internet for a solution but I couldn’t find one but Helen experience shone through and she found the perfect solution.If you are wanting a good service and great hearing aids look no further!
