Got gel nails done as a walk-in as noticed very quiet when I passed. Happy enough with them at time but when I got home I could see a couple were significantly less ‘glossier’ than the others. And then several nails have ended up badly chipped within a few days.I regularly have my nails done and this has never happened to me before - and I wasn’t doing anything different from usual.

Been coming here now for the last few years, eyebrows are always immaculate and nails are fantastic for the price.

I got party lashes, she got loads of glue in my eyes. clumpy. Literally one flew off when I left to put outdoors! Been going back 3 back and told management isn’t there. then told I’d have to leave. utterly disgusting! definitely wouldn’t recommend this place; they barely understand you! no refund was offered or better lashes! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Was over the phone with male business owner I assume , asked what I was looking for , got a price from him and made an appointment 2 hours later. After a short walk between his shops (as he have 3 ) we finally managed to have ourselves on the chair. Once done we have been asked to pay 17 pound more than the price given over the phone. So from 54 we have been asked to pay 71. Services was ok but is a complete mess there , very very dirty place. So anyone trying to book with them over the phone prices will change soon as they are done. Make sure you ask when in the shop ( our mistake that we haven’t done it ) .

Was made to feel very uncomfortable during a waxing appointment with comments made on my body. When you already feel vulnerable the last thing you want to hear is unwanted comments and questions on why your body looks a particular way. Very unprofessional, cleanliness of waxing room/kitchen was also very questionable. Would not recommend.
