I got excellent help from Andy after I pulled my back a couple of months. I felt so much better after the first appointment after he found the cause of my pain. I only needed to see Andy twice. Within two weeks and I feel as good as new! I have recommended him to several friends since with good results.

Having moved to St Albans and shopped around for a good osteopath, I'm really glad I've found Andrew Duckmanton. I have on-going sciatica from a disc injury and want to avoid surgery. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Andrew is outstanding. He accurately diagnosed what was wrong with my low back and set out a plan. He was very reassuring and guiding me through the whole process when I was very physically and mentally feeling low. My pain now is gone and every session leaves me feeling like a new man. My mobility and impetus to exercise has also vastly improved since we first began some months ago.

I took my father for his shoulder pain. After the first session he noticed a significant improvement despite having had the pain for 6 months.The clinic itself is very clean and calm & the osteopath was professional.
