I could spend all day at Marshall speaking to their team about Maserati. Very knowledgeable and friendly with first class customer service. Recently had a company vehicle serviced here and the experience was second to none. I would certainly recommend them.

What a complete joke this dealership is. I have been trying to order parts for my car for over a month and still nothing has arrived. I make a phone call to try and find out what on earth is going on only to be told I doubt we've ordered ya bits mate"

I would give zero stars if possible. It was recommended by Monique that I pay a no obligation fully refundable deposit of £500 to hold a vehicle for viewing the following day. I immediately called her in the morning when I noticed a vehicle at a different dealership that better suited me. She suggested I wait and that she would also find me a vehicle that better meets my requirements. 3 days later after hearing nothing I called her to ask if she could arrange to refund my deposit. 15 days later and 2 phone calls to Jamie the so called brand manager and still NO REFUND.

If I could give no stars for this dealer I would, and I’ve worked within the motor trade for 26 years in after sales (including the likes of Bentley!) so I know what is good customer care and what is totally unacceptable and below par service even on a very cheap car, let alone a £40,000 Porsche!!!Problems arose within a couple of days of having the car, a rear light wasn’t working properly (not all the LED’s working, so illegal to drive technically! On a daily used car!) it took many calls and chasing to get them to even sort out let alone get my car legal again, pathetic service from any MAIN dealer and unacceptable! Then a few months later when I found a previously welded alloy wheel on the car I purchased from a Maserati dealer, they almost accused me of damaging it?!?If I had I’d have just paid for a new wheel as I did to have a safe vehicle, I supplied them pictures of damage, including a picture taken of a sticker inside the wheel, of the date the bodged repair was done and by the company that did it.... alloy wheels should never be welded when cracked it is potentially dangerous and can fail at any time.(I still have the wheel as a very heavy paperweight in the garage...)I contacted this dealer that shouldn’t be aloud an MOT licence as they passed an MOT on the car with a wheel that could fail at any time, given I was going to Germany and using the autobahn I checked the car over myself, which I wish I had done before purchasing off this dealer, clearly their “technicians” are either blind or don’t care, and then they insulted me with a pathetic offer of £300 towards a replacement wheel, which actually cost me over £1200 to purchase from my local Porsche dealer, luckily I know them so they gave me a discount and couldn’t believe a Maserati dealer sold a car with a wheel that had been welded, neither could I!!DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER, pay for an independent check if you’re not mechanically minded and possibly save yourself thousands in money you will have to pay out after said purchase, that’s if you want to do business with people that truly don’t care about safety at all clearly!!(I purchased the car 4 years ago as they had the car in a spec I wanted, however I’m still annoyed at myself for not having asked for the car to be put on a ramp so I could check it, as you’d have to be stevie wonder to not see the dangerous repair done on the wheel! One of four things things that connect you whilst driving to the road and can and will fail when you least want it without warning!)I also provided this pathetic “main” dealer with technical documents stating clearly wheels should not be welded, and still an insult “goodwill gesture” of £300 pounds made, you’re a total joke of a company and I’d never deal with again, in fact I’ve saved many of my friends buying cars from any of your dealerships due to my experience!!I also refused their insult of £300 “goodwill gesture” and didn’t take a penny, as I’d rather never deal with a company and make sure no one I know does than be insulted the way Marshall’s group did to me!DO NOT BUY A USED CAR WITHOUT AN INDEPENDENT CHECK FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, AND YOUR WALLETS (OR PURSE)*EDIT*07/03/20 I’m now giving them my email address which they already have as purchased the car from them?!?!?, and they know all the details already! See picture (when I can re find it again, or take a fresh picture of my very heavy wheel weight.... of the date sticker from the company that repaired the wheel (before I purchased the car from Marshall’s yet implied I had damaged it... no your blind as a bat “technician” totally missed it!!)*2ND edit* 16/03/20, having sent email to you Chris as requested, I’ve heard nothing from you.... am I surprised, not really to be honest!

The buying experience was fine and the Maserati Ghibli that I purchased is a fabulous car. It is after the purchase that the customer service becomes non existent. Numerous ignored email messages, promises to call back that were never fulfilled. Most recently I simply asked for the cost of a spare part, my first email was ignored. I then elevated this and received a response from a higher manager who said that the dealership would contact me they did not. When I responded to her my email was ignored again. I am so disappointed, when you buy a quality brand vehicle you expect quality service, it just has not been forthcoming. There are two other Maserati dealers within 2 hour drive for me, one at Egham and one at St Albans, I did not buy my car from them but both have provided me with some good service. I love my car and will probably buy another next year, needless to say it won’t be from this dealership. Shame!

Had a fantastic service and sales support from Monique and Jamie. I was helped and listened to with the upmost respect at each stage of my purchase and I cannot say a bad word against my overall great experience. So far so excellent. Will update as and when if needs be going forward from my recently purchased Maserati.

The most dreadful customer experience I have ever received from any service department. The Service Manager, Teresa Grealish, didn't return a single one of my phone calls (15 over a 3 week period) and replied to only 2 of 5 times as many emails. In the end I had to speak to the centre manager to resolve what was nothing more than a simple request for a copy of an invoice. Whilst, as you would expect, he dealt with the matter straight away, chasing a dealership for over 3 weeks to obtain a copy of an invoice, is at best, completely incompetent. Not the type of service you would expect from a prestigious brand like Maserati, which ultimately meant that when I recently came to replace my Ghibli S, I spent £100k with Gray Paul Maserati in Birmingham instead. In comparison, their customer service was exceptional from start to finish and the type of attention to detail and personal touches you should expect as a Maserati owner.I would NOT recommend Marshall Peterborough under any circumstances. A dreadful dealership.

When I first read the online reviews I must confess I was a bit hesitant. However, I felt I would make my own judgement after I visited the showroom, met the salespeople and viewed the car I was interested in. Their showroom was nice and they were helpful on the day and let me test drive the main car I was interested but also a couple more. When I chose the Porsche Cayenne which was the one I had initially booked to test drive they were keen to deal and following some small negotiations I felt I got a good agreement. The car was fully valeted and on the day of collection it looked like new. Due to my working hours they were extremely helpful to open up on a Sunday so that I could pick up the car. Its only been a month since I purchased it but I am very pleased so far with the whole service I received and the car I bought.

Excellent customer service! The sales team led by Jamie and Monique made us feel welcome and helped us to find the car we were looking for. I would definately use Marshall Maserati again and would recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy a good quality car without the hassle.

The WORST customer service I've ever had IN THE WORLD! They clearly are in no rush to sell their cars. If you buy one you better be prepared to not get any help if there's a problem. I read the other reviews before I bought my car and wish I had listened. Buying a new car is meant to be fun! Thank you Masarati for stealing that from me and replacing it with stress and anxiety. Oh and if you think it won't happen to me because I'm a nice person or I'll just complain directly to Masarati and someone will help me, think again. Hence the reason I'm writing this poor review.. no one there could give a monkeys about you or your car.
