Working with Commonwealth has been amazing!Evie and Rhiannon were a pleasure to work with; charismatic, down to earth and absolute gems.I’d never have known I had an artistic side to me but their support brought out my creativity and blossomed me into the individual I am today.I’m genuinely grateful to have worked with such a great company. I’ve had great opportunities come my way by collaborating with them, including being part of a multiple award winning theatre show which toured worldwide leaving me with everlasting memories!

Common wealth is an amazing and safe space for young women. I loved all my experiences with them (and hopefully more in the future) I highly recommend coming for a visit, you definitely won't regret it!

Went here for work experience, sweetest people ever, down to earth and speak for the people. Doing Bradford a favour by being an independent events space, gives me something to say when someone asks 'What's in Bradford?'.

Common Wealth plays are always passionate and engaging and staged in the real world rather than in a theatre; I also like that they devise plays based around actual lives involved in the subject matter.I once attended a brilliant free workshop of theirs where we made a short play in 4 hours using very simple but effective techniques with an artist called Mamoru.Overall I think they’re a wonderful company that seems to be seeking to tell a closer truth about our lives, rather than the stereotypes or cliches that abound in the media.
