Simply Bar Stools

LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!! I ordered 2 bar stools and one of them was damaged a huge dent in the foot rest! I was sent the replacement part only to find that the gas lift part was also damaged! After 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and promises to replace it I was lied to over and over again and am without my £££ which was nearly £200 and without a bar stool! DO NOT buy from this company!

Ordered a pair of Carcaso Bar Stools in charcoal and arrived after 3 days of ordering. These are fantastic value for money, easy to assemble and have made a great addition to our kitchen. Look very stylish.

Terrible. Ordered blue. Got teal. Won’t send new ones until they get these back which is not next day as you would expect. Called multiple times. Kept getting promised a response in 30-60 minutes. And then. Nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Communication was great when one item was out of stock. I ordered to grey leather bar stools but they got delivered at different times. The bar stools are great but there is a slight difference in colour when they are meant to be the same

I bought 2 bar stools last year and wanted 1 more. The colour was exact Next day delivery on both occasions and assembly is very quick and easy. This product is first class. Thank you

Bought 4 stools around £85 each - one stool is faulty and won’t extend to full height, the next came out of the box rusty! So 1 star for product quality. requested a collection and a refund now twice to no avail. Despite claiming to have a “no quibbles” return policy, they have requested a video of the faulty stool, and ignored our two written requests and two phone calls asking for a refund and offered to send two replacement gas canisters! Since then we have now exchanged over 20 emails trying to recover our money. As of today it still hasn’t been paid, despite the stools being collected 10 days ago.despite saying to us last week that the stools were still being inspected in the factory, now today they say that DHL hasn’t delivered them. After spending a year now equipping our house with furniture and dealing with many suppliers, this company stands out as the worst customer experience we had. We ended up buying stools from Atlantic Shopping - great quality products and service..in contrast.

Original email sent 22/05/20Today i received my order of 2 x Deluxe Benito bar stools. (order ref 197474656)On trying to put them together I have found that the central holes in either, the foot rest or the chair, have been drilled incorrectly (see pictures below) .Meaning I cannot put them together in their current state.The holes in the chair bottom are approximately 47mm apart, where as the corresponding holes in the metal footrest are 40mm apart (also the footrest holes are Octagonal which suggest that either the tool is blunt or the machine is faulty)For my sins im a production engineer at a well know Turbocharger manufacturer, and even though this is not a precision item i think that the holes should be the same distance apart to + or - 1mm.I think we have two options.1/ I have the ability to correct this by extending the relevant holes to allow the screws to fit. But would like your permission to carry on and do this.Or2/ I request 2 further chairs (checked for accuracy before despatch) be sent to replace these, and free postage to return these original chairs to you.I would also like to think that you would consider some sort of compensation for this work? I purposely chose the Deluxe" model of chair

Great deal on 2 chairs and a table to create my own little bar in the kitchen. Chairs are really comfy and everything is top quality considering they only cost £120. Everything was really easy to assemble and delivery was free and lightening fast. I would definitely recommend highly.

These bar stools and table are a great addition to our co-working space, Business Revolution in Norwich. Customer support was excellent, when one stool was missing from the original order and a replacement was dispatched immediately, about to order another set.
