Bensons for Beds Truro
Purchased a bed and tried to cancel order 10 days later and was advised it would cost me 20% of purchase price which I disputed. They then agreed to process refund. However, instead of processing refund they processed a second purchase transaction of over £1800, apparently this was a mistake... now they can't refund the unauthorised purchase until it is processed, they apparently can't stop the transaction either... Bank have advised me they can, bensons are refusing to cancel it. Cannot recommend this company. If you buy from them beware!!

amazing experience, we first went into dreams and they didn't see at all bothered about helping so we popped across the road to Bensons for beds and we was greeted, we used the sleep pro machine that suggested what was best for us. then the team member showed all our options and talked us through all the different options. we picked the best products for us. he was very knowledgeable on what he was selling and even helped us pick the correct mattress for our son too. would 100% recommend this store.

Good range of beds and very friendly and attentive customer service. Only downside is that they still charge a delivery fee whereas a lot of competitors don't.
