Greenleaf Cleaning Ltd.

We have had our housekeeper, Maria, from Greenleaf for over 5 years now. She has seen us through the arrival of our children and has become more like a family friend. She does an excellent job of cleaning and tidying our very messy house as well as helping us with laundry and ironing. She is literally a life saver. Having the Greenleaf office to help manage temporary cleaners when Maria is away is really helpful and the staff are always helpful and responsive. I would really recommend getting a housekeeper from this company.

The two lovely ladies who arrived to clean my flat took only one hour to transform it into a pristine palace and they did exactly as I directed in each room. Exceptional and excellent; I need never look for cleaners again!

I have been using Greenleaf for several years and have found them to be simply excellent. Our cleaner Olena has been with us since the start and has been absolutely perfect, very trustworthy and carrying out a very high standard of cleaning. We also had an end-of-tenancy clean when we moved flat and that was also brilliant. Comms is excellent and prices are competitive, the girls in the office are super lovely. Would recommend to everyone!

I used this company for a regular cleaning for some time now. But they do not have a regular cleaning staff. Every few weeks they send you a new cleaner to your place. The service is a bit hit and miss. Some weeks they do a good cleaning, other weeks shoddy cleaning. It all depends on which cleaner you get. No one speaks English, so it is such an effort communicating with the cleaners, but thanks to Google translation you can just about manage these days! The cleaner doesn't always keep the time. And if you cancel the cleaning just because the cleaner was a no-show, you are still expected to pay for the service that you have never received! The company takes £10.50 each week as an agency fee, just to organise a cleaner to your home. Watch out! they keep sending you double invoices even after you clear the bill every month. They are like modern day slave traders! It's better you deal directly with the cleaners and pay them better wages! I would avoid this company!

We have used Greenleaf for 2.5 years. They have always been very professional and clearly put their cleaners first, ensuring that they are paid appropriately.Their fees are a little bit high for my liking, but it's worth it considering over that period we only had 2 great cleaners and they ensured when one cleaner left that our regular clean was taken over quickly and professionally. We also moved house and they arranged for our standard move to also come across to the new rental.

My experience with Greenleaf has been great. They are a very professional company who kept in contact with me regularly to ensure the service was running smoothly. The cleaning standard was always to my satisfaction and if my regular lady couldn't make it a replacement was always offered. I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

Used to be good (hence two stars) but not anymore (since pandemic). Cleaning staff don’t do a proper job. Low to non-existent levels of English means it’s very difficult to even communicate the basics with the cleaners and they don’t use the correct materials on correct surfaces (e.g. using products containing bleach on wood!)Agency doesn’t take responsibility. When you raise any concerns about the cleaner with the agency, they simply send someone else who they insist is better, but is all the same.

Do not used this company! They didn’t do their job properly and I had to book someone else. Which was an extra cost of £200. Absolutely useless.
