This was my first time hiring a self-drive transport, and Charlotte made the entire process so straightforward and stress-free. From the initial discussion of rates and availability, through to the delivery of the box (which was a short notice change of plan, as my van broke down and I could no longer pick up the lorry as planned), to the explanation of the contract and all of the features of the box, everything was brilliantly organised and professionally handled. The lorry was immaculate and, as promised, very easy to drive, and my mare had a safe, comfortable , and luxurious journey. I'll definitely be hiring again for our next equine adventure!
