Be careful. This cowboy operation changes locks without your consent to proceed and then sends bills threatening to defame your company unless you pay them. Marcus Lubbock is the director, who has a history of such behaviour hence why he’s now under another new company name. We will not stand for his cowboy ways.

Had Marcus out to install a new lock and handle on my Log Cabin door which was a non-standard size. New lock fitted and adjustable handle so didn't have to source a specialist size which meant it could be fitted there and then. Extremely happy with the price and timely fitting.

We had an emergency situation at a care home regarding a lock on our medication room, Marcus was extremely professional, he came out immediately on a weekend and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend using this company and even though there are companies nearer to our address I would not consider using another in the future due to his efficiently and reasonable costs ..thank you very much !
