I needed a tyre change, I am not from Birmingham and had travelled to visit my parents. Raj was so helpful and friendly he went above and beyond. Raj checked all my other tyres as well as check the pressure. I was impressed with the advice he gave me. I would highly recommend this garage and especially Raj. I am moving to the area soon. So I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you.

Roger the manager is a highly experienced andknowledgeable guy. Excellent service, i have been coming here with my family cars for many years and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place and if i could would give Roger 7 stars, i would. He will give you best prices and services instantly instead of others that tell you to book online to get their best pricing !

Can’t praise the guys at Plume enough at both the Shirley & Hall Green branches. Had a loose exhaust, Shirley branch told me a couple of the brackets had broken and advised I could get a new back pipe which would be about £240.00, however if I took it to the Hall Green branch they maybe able to weld it for about £50-£60. Took it to Hall Green the next day and was greeted by Raj, he told me he would try his best to weld it. Raj called me about 90mins later and he had been able to weld it. When I went to pick up my car it was still on the ramp - Raj showed me the work he had done and explained that the heat shield had come loose and he had sorted that for me too. What a professional and friendly group of gentleman an absolute credit to the company - they could have very easily told me I needed a new back pipe, but no gave me a cheaper alternative what a refreshing change.Raj you are fantastic, five stars isn’t enough you deserve at least 10 - and thank you to the Shirley branch for giving me a cheaper solution. Would most definitely use Plume again. If you want honest, fair and professional service Plume is the place to go

I have been going to Plume tyres for years. The customer service is excellent, they’re always very welcoming and never leave you waiting. I was served by Raj today and he always does his best to find you a good deal. I always leave feeling confident in the work that they have done and they always go above and beyond to make sure your car is safe on the road

5 star service. I highly recommend this garage. I had a problem with my rear brakes and turned up on the off chance of getting help on Saturday morning. Raj asked my to come back on Monday morning which I did. They got strait on to the job of replacing the rear pads. At 9 am I was on the road again by 10 am.Thanks again Raj for top service and quality work. I would definatly choose this place again over any others.

Absolutely brilliant service (there should be an option for 6 stars!).Had a telephone conversation with Raj this morning, and, although we had never met, I arrive 3 hours later and before I got out of the car he came to me and relayed all of the details to me to confirm what I wanted - all correctly.Excellent service and reasonably priced (other local tyre suppliers wanted three times the price!Thank you Raj

We were recommended Plume Garage and the mechanic Raj by another garage to diagnose and fix an issue with the exhaust.Raj is a professional mechanic with first-class customer service who advised us to leave our car and come back in two hours. On our return, he took the time to show us and explain the issue (part of the exhaust rusted). He then advised us of all possible options and the costs. Subsequently, he booked us in for repair. All work was completed on time to an excellent standard at a reasonable price – thank you Raj.

I visited the Hall Green branch to get 2 replacement tyres. I’ve been to this branch before and they’ve been fantastic. Raj got to work on my car straight away, provided me with lots of information and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.
