Avoid this company and their signboards at all costs.! Terrible product quality and after-support.I wish there was an option to give a 0-star rating for this product and the company. I have ordered an LED sign board that worked for just 2 days. On opening the back cover, I was surprised to see the low-quality Chinese circuit they have in these lights. They are completely useless as they are not fit to work in the UK weather. The sign board is operating on a single battery of just 500mAh capacity. Typically this size capacity batteries are installed in single LED garden lights.When reported the issue to this company someone called Lee Austin replied promptly with a pre-defined template of questions asking where the light is installed and if there is enough sunlight or not. They refused to refund and accept that their product quality is poor and as a solution, I was told to install the house sign board somewhere else. Surely they have no idea what they are selling and talking about.

Absolutley love my new house sign. Beautifully laser-cut modern design. So lucky to have found this company on Facebook by accident. Would recommend highly. It also arrived well packaged with instructions, fixings etc. (only downside was no tracking number, but it doesn't matter as it arrived on time and in great condition).

I love my new sign! Great price for a quality item that arrived quickly and well packaged. It looks so good outside my house, lovely finishing touch.I had a few questions and specific requests about my sign and they were really happy to help me - Fab customer service!I would definitely recommend One of a Kind Design and the easy to use website.

Product quality is ok but my experience of service leaves a lot to be desired. I checked pre order by email that our address could be printed a certain way. They confirmed it could so placed order and added special instructions to confirm. Order received and the instructions completely ignored. Multiple emails back and forward with no acceptable resolution. Personally I won't use or recommend them again.

Hi this is tony again in response to the reply that I got after first review as im not allowed to reply on my account.Can i point out that yes a discount was offered at 20% meaning the remake would be £24 then another £4 for posting making it £28 all in all so almost the price of the original.Also on the phone, you said as its personalised that the returned sign would be no use to you unless someone with that address wants that exact design. If you look on ebay, you'll find that almost everyone who makes these signs accept them as returns for full refunds so i suggest you take this onboard for your business. My in-laws planned on buying a similar sign to ours and we was going to order a personalised doormat but we're going elsewhere now so consider that trade lost.You may also want to take onboard that after someones places an online order from any website they may not check emails afterwards.Finally my £30 sign has gone to the local tip for recycling and have ordered a new one off ebay very similar to the original for £11.99 with the option for return. Its a shame i never went here to begin with.

Ordered a house sign, apparently somehow the order went through wrong so I called to see what could be done to fix it. The guy I spoke to couldnt of cared less now he had my money, basically said if I wanted the sign I was after I'd have to pay again. So if you order make sure its spot on because they dont do refunds even if you change your mind or dislike it. Terrible customer care no idea how to run a business. Also thought it was a nice solid metal product but turns out it's just a cheap bit of plastic and glue. My last plaque I ordered off ebay for a third of the price was slightly better so this definitely wasnt worth £30 (£34 inc shipping).
