Selhurstpark Rd Car Park
This is a great spot to come for walks or even just to relax, there is no parking charge here so you are welcome to stay for as long as you want, the car park is a good size with plenty of parking option. On a clear day its possible to see down to the coast, from this view point you can also see the windmill.There are plenty of lovely walks from this car park, just remember to keep the countryside clean and lock and empty your car.

Selhurstpark Rd Car Park
Car park at selhurst park road within the South downs national park.Looks to me to have been refurbed. It has fantastic views to the south of the low lands , being able to view Butlins and other notable places.It's a forestery commission forest with good walks in sunshine and shade , a foot path takes you down to the other car park at the bottom of a steep hill.Lovely walk around the top of forest near the car park , quite flat but it can get steeper as you get further into the forest.

Amazing parking on the side of magnificent road with beautiful views - best for short motorbike stop or longer walk through the fores.Do not forget to bring your tea and sandwitch to fully enjoy landscapes from the parking bench.

My wife and I thought we'd take a trip here with our dog's yesterday. Granted, smashing countryside. However, the first sight we were greeted with as we entered the car park was a bloke laid out in his birthday suit next to his car, this was in the middle of the day. He promptly jumped back in his car and did a runner...... undeterred, we got out and continued with the mission of walking the dog's. When we came back I was met with a group of eastern Europeans loitering in the vicinity of my car whilst an old guy sat in his car winking at us. They stood grinning at us as we nervously loaded up and left pronto. I obviously won't be returning.

Always a pleasure to wander the woodland and look across the Chichester plain toward Halnaker Windmill from the car park. Nice it’s still free to enjoy during lockdown.
