Espy Tattoo Studio

I searched for a long time to find the right person do my tattoo and I'm so pleased I found Alex from epsy tattoo shop. They offer a free consultation, which is brilliant for us newbies. It's a very chilled ,calm and professional atmosphere and they make you feel very welcome. I'm over the moon with my tattoo, it's beautiful , I will definitely be seeing Alex in the future. I had two tattoos done by Sarah. The whole atmosphere and vibe was amazing, so calm and relaxing. She was kind and very patient with me as I asked to reposition my tattoo several times. Very gentle and always checked up on me throughout the process. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend them!

I first visited Espy last Friday for my stairway to heaven tattoo as a memoriam to my late wife Sharon. Boysie was a genius in my mind to do a curved stair case with clouds ⛅️ it is brilliant.Yesterday, I visited again for part two of my sleeve. My tattoo with boysie at espy was incredible. It was my first tattoo and he made me feel at ease and like we didn’t have to rush and did such an amazing job on my tattoo. I chose Espy for my first tattoo based on the great reviews and the artists portfolios as I was specifically looking for someone to do fine line designs, I wasn't disappointed! Alex kindly designed my tattoo based off of some photos and designs I sent over and was very thorough in discussing what I wanted, did/didn't like etc. She was very welcoming and I felt in safe hands! On the day she was happy to make a couple of last minute tweaks and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. Really happy with my first tattoo and I'm certainly planning on asking Alex to do my next one!

The whole experience of getting my tattoo at Espy was fantastic. From my first consultation with Boysie to trying on the transfer to check I was happy with the design to actually getting the tattoo was a pleasure. This was my first tattoo and I love it. The detail, design and intricacy are great and I have had loads of positive comments. The only problem is trying to decide what to get next !

Nervous from a previous bad experience Alex immediately filled me with confidence to be able to help improve my current tattoo. She was very patient and incredibly helpful sending over her creative ideas.The studio in Lewes is of a high quality and for me being on the older side, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Both Boysie and Alex are friendly and amazingly talented. I will definitely be back!

Amazing experience. This was my fourth tattoo but never been to Espy before. Boysie was super approachable and responsive but more importantly designed something better than I could picture based on my description given to him. Really lovely and professional studio! Definitely recommend when I compare to other places I have been.
