Do not under any circumstances pay this man up front. I paid him £900 and he never finished the work. He completed approx. £400 worth, and that's being generous, and I never saw him again. He promised to repay the £500 he owed me, 3 months later and I'm still waiting. He said he couldn't pay me back because he wasn't working, that was a lie. I have taken out a County Court Judgement against him but he still will not pay the money he owes me. So be warned..beware
