Samphire Vintage Props

We hired Samphire Vintage Props for our wedding in Norfolk and they were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, very friendly.Valerie was attentive and adapted to our needs, even with last minute changes such as when the weather took a turn for the worst. Valerie and Peter were keen to make our day as special as it possibly could be and relieved a lot of my stress by helping with last minute decision-making. All the props and décor were in great condition, and the drop off and pick up process was seamless.

It was simply a joy to work with Valerie and Peter. Valerie was flexible and patient throughout the planning process- even when I kept changing my mind, forgetting things, adding things to my order- she was a lovely calm presence amongst the stresses of wedding planning! The props themselves were beautiful- we hired rugs and lanterns for our ceremony area, along with a card box and some baskets for blankets etc- really reasonably priced, so much better than buying things and using them once. I can't recommend Samphire highly enough- a lovely couple, a wonderful ethos, and beautiful products.

Can't recommend Val and the team enough! The entire service was wonderful from start to finish – so calming! Everything came together seamlessly. The props were beautiful and having Val style everything meant it was stress-free. Those little touches made such a difference and everyone commented on how beautiful everything was at the wedding.

Great selection of garden games, they were enjoyed by adults and children alike! Valerie is also an absolute joy, excellent communication throughout and my experience felt incredibly personal, as opposed to purely transactional. Highly recommend for any event!

Valerie and Peter went above and beyond to make sure our wedding ran as smoothly as possible under difficult circumstances. After we were forced to let go our wedding coordinator at the last minute Samphire went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for the big day. They are kind, thoughtful business owners and the props they rented us were of the highest quality, making our wedding feel that extra bit special. We cannot recommend highly enough! -G&O

I cannot rate Samphire Vintage Props highly enough! I made the mistake of leaving it quite late to get in touch and enquire and Valerie made the process so simple for me, including taking the time to chat to me about my vision for the day. She offered some invaluable advise and support ahead of my wedding and the props they provided were absolutely wonderful. We used some antique rugs for the aisle as I was getting married outdoors in the woods, and they complimented the ceremony so wonderfully and just gave it that little extra something special. We also hired some of the garden games, something which went down an absolute treat with all of our guests!Valerie offered so much wonderful support with regarding to set up and collection that just helped make the day go so, so smoothly and I will be forever grateful to everyone at Samphire. They're wonderful!!

From start to finish Val and Pete could not have done more to make hiring our wedding props easy and straightforward. They have such a brilliant range of things narrowing down our choices was hard. They were then so flexible on pick ups and we got to keep the games for our Sunday guests. Can’t fault anything about them and the hire. Highly highly recommend and huge thanks to you both.

Valerie was incredibly attentive on the build up to our wedding. All of the props she provided were of the highest quality and Valerie went way beyond the call of duty to ensure a smooth and stress free set up and clear up. Where to even begin on the wonder that is Samphire - Val and Pete should definitely recieve 1000 stars for their work; from the very beginning Val absolutely absorbed the vision" for our woodland handfasting wedding adorned with moons and magical details and creating multiple zones to meet everyone's needs.The colour pallet Val was able to conjire from our intentions was aesthetic genius and the overall effect was truly stunning.Every detail was tended to with care and efficiency while still managing to be relaxed and very personable. Val helped the groom make the tricky call on whether to go for it with an outdoor ceremony when the weather was being threatening and ohhhh did it pay off - we got the wonderous woodland backdrop that was absolutely magical and honestly couldn't have happened anywhere else ✨️Would fully recommend not only their beautiful props but also hiring their help with set up and moving things around during the day to make the very most of the items - everything val has collected has been done so with love and an true eye for detail.
