My wife took three sheep hair rugs to be cleaned. She was ensured they had good experience cleaning these items when dropping off. They were all ruined. All the hairs were congealed and the rugs all shrunk. My wife was charged £60 for this and the cowboy cleaner thanked her for letting him try. Don’t use this place.

Never use this service! Gave my coat to be repaired 3 weeks ago. Since then it's either been shut or not ready. I may just have to end up buying a new coat as I don't think this shop will ever give it back! Zero stars!!
