Sometimes they struggle with the staffing levels which leaves only 50% of the bins available but the staff are really helpful (if you talk to them like human beings! Unlike some people I've witnessed) and the range of things you can dispose of is much higher than many others I have had to use in the past.

Always tidy and well run with knowledgeable staff. Worth checking the opening times as not open all week. On those days, you can head to Backwell recycling centre generallly

Always have no trouble at the center , have a good laugh with the staff . If help required they will give it , as it is just a case to ask . If they see you need a had they will come to your help . Great crew and as in all teams you have the odd grumpy one . Lol !!

Set in a good location with nice scenery I had a good day out with the family, the kids were allowed to jump though the skips apart from the non-recyclable as they don’t like anything going into that one. I sat on the picnic benches watching, they could do with a few more. The staff were friendly but got quite busy at times, and parking was limited. Would go again if in the area.

It is well organised, staff are friendly, it is covid safe, almost nothing you can't take there. Brilliant service to the community. Have never had any problems or issues and have been going for years. Even a small amount of rubble is acceptable. And ares where you can leave to good to throw.

Always busy when I attend, spaces limited around each dedicated drop off point but I've never had to wait too long. Staff will assist/advise if asked but my experience is that they are not proactive.

Great recycling centre, convenient and easy to get around with well marked out bays. Helpful staff but not pushy, ask if you need help. Some people moan about the opening times around end/start of Summer and winter. I usually ring to check they are open if I'm going at the start or end of the day and I'm not sure. Obviously they'll close earlier when the night draws in. Some people will find anything to moan about but generally great reviews

Very disappointed because at quick glance on Google it says you are open until 6pm on a Saturday.I got to the tip yesterday at 5.30pm and you were closed.On further inspection on your website the winter hours are until 4pm.Please can you change your summer hours to winter hours because myself and 2 other customers arrived and had to go home again. During fuel shortages it would save customers a trip.I will be willing to change me score to a higher score if you take action on this. So, other customers don't have a wasted journey.
