Moving house and, on the day we move out, a clumsy removal of the washing machine fractured the pipe! Time wasn't our friend that day and we needed an emergency plumber FAST to stop the water leak. Thankfully, I phoned A Rated Heating.They heard the stress and appreciated the situation and came to our rescue. What a great find this firm is. Professional, helpful and fair in their pricing (even capping off a dishwasher all ready for the removers just in case" it happened again with another electrical items' removal..!)So... OK... it wasn't a massive all-singing job but

Alex and his sidekick did a fantastic job replacing a vented boiler system with a large combi. The job required re-routing a lot of pipework and removing large parts of the old system. From quote to job completion, I have been impressed with the attention to detail and tidiness of Alex's work, experiencing minimal disruptions, which was impressive considering this was a full system change over!Will continue to use Alex going forward for all my gas or plumbing needs, and highly recommend you do so too!

Alex is professional, polite and so knowledgeable.We had a new boiler system installed, radiators, bathroom and downstairs toilet fitted by Alex and his team, they were punctual hard working, considerate and super tidy!We completed a whole house renovation, Alex was the contractor that gave us the most confidence, he even offered us advice and guidance in other areas of our project that we were oblivious to!We will only ever use Alex and his team in the future for any of our heating/plubing works and have already reccomended him to family and friends.Thank you A Rated Services!

A Rated have given us excellent service repairing and servicing our boiler. They’re not the cheapest but are incredibly thorough, prompt and have left the work area absolutely spotlessly clean. A pleasure to deal with and we’ll be using Alex again in the future.
