The most disgusting place to have a dessert. Ice cream looked off and texture was so horrible that I left it after one spoon . Never againAll desserts selection looked off and sitting there for months.I felt sick after one spoon

Ordered my dessert just after 9PM rang up at 10:45ish because it wasn’t here and they said it’s on its way and still hasn’t arrived at 12:52 this is ridiculous takes your money and doesn’t bring the product

I ordered 2 desserts 2 hours ago, it came 45 minutes after it was meant to be on its way and it STUNK of weed. It was stone cold and was very clear the driver was smoking in the car due to how strong the smell was. I had to whip my steak knife out to cut through the waffle it was that hard, so I will not be ordering again! DO NOT RECOMMEND! £15 wasted as I couldn’t give kids a dessert which literally had weed oozing out of it. So disgusting.

Appalling service , put order in at 8:20pm , called at 9:30pm to see if had been sent out as had not arrived - was told was out for delivery and would be with us within 10 mins, 9:50 had still not arrived so called back to see where it was and was told was not there fault it was up to the driver to deliver - errrrr I’ve paid you !!!! Not the driver he works for you !!! Explained I knew my order had been out in a car for at least 45 mins( apparently) was told her boss would call me back ( still waiting ) I called back at 10:15 to ask again now 2 hours after my order was put In and no call back like promised - I was told I could not speak to the boss I could not have a refund as my order had been sent out - frustrating !My order finally arrived with half missing and meltedJoke do not order

Appalling Service, ordered a waffle as it says comes with ice cream. Waffle came with no ice cream and it was absolutely rock solid. When I phoned the lady on the phone told me to put in the microwave and they don't come with ice cream. When I said it says it does on the menu she hung up the phone! Will not be ordering again!

If I could this place a 0 I would. Because I waited 45 minutes for a burnt waffle after my kids finished theirs and they had to wait as well but my food was really burnt and smelled like it as well. I had to stop eating it.

This company is a joke. Do not order from this company. I placed my order on their website and made a payment. The order went through and they took the payment from my bank. I rang them up an hour later to ask where my order was and the lady said that their website is down, so I will not be receiving my order but they are happy enough to take the payment now I have to wait a few days to receive my money back. Score 0 from me place needs closing down
