Fantastic service from start to finish. No heavy sales pitch with the usual price battle. Brilliant price right from the off. The guys who fitted the windows were lovely. Did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly when they’d finished. Very happy with the service all round and can’t recommend Concept enough.

Great service from the initial appointment for measuring up and design. The 2 teams who did the groundwork and installed the porch were professional and very courteous. On the whole would definitely recommend Concept windows for any double glazing that is required.

Very good experience of dealing with this company! Except for the unexpected changes from the accepted design of the roof with two galss panels to velux windows and again the sizes of them, we did not have any problem with all the different teams who built our conservatory /room. All of them were friendly and polite and got on with the job without causing any hassle1

From start to finish the service from the staff at Concept was great. Rob, who came to do the quote was warm, friendly and professional. He always followed up our queries and was very responsive. The surveyor Glen was also very knowledgeable and helped by sourcing us fitters who could remove our shutters. And finally the window fitters; Alfie and Kallum. Methodical, tidy, quiet and polite. They took their time and did an amazing job. Thank you Concept for our lovely new windows and doors - would highly recommend!

I would recommend this company they were brilliant from sales to the installation.With the sales it was really professional the surveyor was good and the installation men made the new windows look good they were on time and tidied up each evening
