An excellent practice from caring receptionists to knowledgeable nursing staff and really good sympathetic/understanding doctors.

My son needed help !! But after been told not to phone anymore by springwell practice we moved here and dr. Steele told us the complications wouldn't happen and Dr. PARSONS said they'd done a good job by prescribing this medication putting it down to 'it's just anxiety' been with both for years ! No need to be treated like this during this pandemic??

My experience with this doctor's surgery has been quite hit and miss. While there are some positives, there are also areas that need improvement.On the positive side, there are a few doctors here who are attentive and caring. They take the time to listen to your concerns and provide the necessary guidance. However, the inconsistency in the quality of care is concerning, and I've had encounters with doctors who were dismissive of my problems, making me reluctant to see certain practitioners. And reluctant to actually make an appointment when I have an issue.I have also experienced some gate keeping behaviour from the reception staff.

Friendly staff. Only problem is you can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. You can try ringing first thing in the morning for a cancellation.

Dr steel should be renamed as Dr refer.the staff and nurses are fantastic and should be paid more than this so called Dr.its like talking to a machine .
