Llandaff Laminates

Really helpful staff and good choice

staff were really helpful in helping my wiffe and our 19 month grandson who was very happy and .lively .The variety of stock was vast and of SUPERIOR QUALITY AT A GOOD PRICE.Delivery was on spot time and drivers very help as well. We purchased more a month later and service was still as good .

Couldn't be more happier with the laminate worktop and sink I purchased from Llandaff laminates, the worktop especially looks stunning. Mark and Liz were both extremely helpful, the service provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to all..

I visited the show room and was made to feel incompetent and stupid. I know what work-surface I want. And I was made to feel like a fool, being asked how much light comes into the kitchen and a darker worktop would make the room dark... like as if im so unintelligent my brain can't make the connection between sunlight light + dark worktops = making a dark room. I've designed the kitchen and I know what will and won't work. I explained I know what I want. I was just asking for sizes and prices, not for opinions. Again I was told over and over to steer away from what I wanted.I understand they have to make customers aware. But when the customer has clearly stated they know what they want. Personal opinions should by put aside by staff. I left feeling like a child who'd been told off.

Purchased some white gloss panels from Nigel, free delivery (although i had to help the young delivery guy carry them into my property) a bonus, had to call back and buy more, great customer service, will definitely be back to purchase more stuff!

Great service from the very helpful owner. I went in not having a clue what type of carpet I needed and he guided me through it all and made it stress free!

Appalling service – damaged goods and put up or shut up attitude to quality!! Would definitely not recommend.I was appalled by the poor service standards, the company’s attitude towards quality and their view that delivery of damaged goods was OK.I ordered £650 of new kitchen tops from Llandaff Laminates, paid for delivery and one turned up with gouges down to the chipboard. My fitter said that it's not the first time he's had it happen with Llandaff Laminates deliveries. I complained immediately, sent photos and they sent out a sales representative to look at them. He said that as the gouges would be out of sight when fitted the worktop was fine, was not really damaged, and that this was considered acceptable in the ‘kitchen industry’.I didn’t agree that paying almost £200 for something with gouges in was acceptable. He said he’d take away all the boards and refund my money but refused to replace just the damaged board or offer a price reduction. My fitter had already cut the undamaged boards, I’d have had to pay him an extra day and put up with a half finished kitchen while I ordered tops from somewhere else! Llandaff Laminates’ attitude was put up with it or have them all taken away (not replaced) ie put up or shut up!I’d gone to Llandaff Laminates - who are expensive - expecting quality and good service. I had neither. Extremely disappointed to find that they believe delivering damaged goods is fine if damage can’t be easily seen. They also charge for delivery but expect their customers to unload heavy items themselves as they only provide a driver. All I had asked for was a refund of the delivery charge (£25 of a £650 order) to reflect the poor quality delivery service.Would definitely not recommend them and neither would my fitter.

Great selection of worktops on display. The staff are very friendly and not at all pushy. They also have a small selection of very nice sinks and taps. The prices are very competitive so well worth a visit especially if you need a 4m worktop for your project. A delivery service is also available for a small fee
