I've had an excellent experience with Mme Rumun Dosanjh and Mme Angelika Wyczesany who took my case from another solicitor at a very short notice and managed to deliver the conveyancing process in a short time to the initially agreed completion date. Wasn’t to bad at first, but our solicitor was changed half way through the process and split between two different people dealing with our sale and purchase, where it was just the one before. There was a lack of communication towards the end which resulted in us having to chase them for updates.Finally after living in the new property for over 8 weeks, we have now received an email saying they have quoted us wrong at the start of the process and one of the fees was wrong on the completion statement, so two weeks before Christmas they are now requesting more money, because of a mistake they have made 9 months ago on the quote and two months ago on the completion statementNot very professional !
