Five years ago, we fell in love with a ring in Darren's window. He had designed and made it to suit a stone he had acquired. Recently, when my wife needed a replacement Wedding ring. we asked Darren to design it to be a pair with the first ring. Throughout the process, he shared his ideas with us; and it took a while, both because he was unhappy with how the original concept looked in the mock-up and felt it needed major change; and because the original ring had to be altered to give the best fit. The result was worth waiting for: we find it perfect.He also used three diamonds from an inherited ring to decorate a bespoke silver bracelet and pair of earrings to suit our daughter's taste. She is equally pleased and wears them a lot.Committing serious money to someone on the basis of faith in their abilities is daunting. With Darren, it is worth it. His commitment to getting the right result for his customer is outstanding.
