I recently booked a trip with my partner & we couldn’t decide where to go or what resort to stay in. Nicki sat us down and helped us all the way, she was so kind, understanding & come up with the perfect holiday that we cannot wait for!! Any questions we had she answered, any wants she found & any bonuses she could find she did!! I can’t recommend her enough & will definitely be using Nicki to book all my future TUI holidays!

I simply would not go anywhere else!!!I have been going to Tui Stourbridge for many many years.My go-to is always Nicki as she knows me and my family's situation and always goes above and beyond to help with our bookings. Big shout out also to Louise and all the girls there who are also so very helpful whenever I go in. Everyone always has time for you and you never feel rushed. I have recommended them to many friends now and feel great when they let me know they've been in and have always had a 'great deal' on a holiday. Well done all of you! See you soon, hopefully :)

Love this store. Every time I go in the ladies are so helpful and always take time to find my perfect holiday. Today, Nicki was exceptionally helpful booking a long haul holiday to Mexico. Gave honest advice, respected what I wanted and found me the perfect holiday using the experience of all the ladies in the shop. Thanks again, amazing!

We have booked our holidays for many years through TUI, Stourbridge. All the staff, particularly Sharon, are very helpful and knowledgeable and will do their utmost to find you your perfect holiday. As well as booking TUI holidays we also booked a Great Rail Journey to Vietnam and Cambodia and Sharon got us a great deal. We always use the shop to get our foreign currency and they are very quick in getting any currency we have needed. Thank you!

Used TUI Stourbridge for a few years always had a good service. However went into TUI today and what a terrible experience. Asked if they could print our tickets for us and the answer was can’t print them off due to to many people already booked in on line”.WHAT are they on about told get your tickets at the check in desk at the airport. VERY VERY poor customer service. Is this the best a leading travel agent can offer.M L Thomas

Just booked a holiday at Tui Stourbridge with Nicki. As always it was a pleasure to book my holiday here. It's a lovely store & all the ladies who work here are so friendly & helpful, especially Nicki, who has so much knowledge & always makes sure I get the holiday I want. I've been booking my holidays here for as long as I can remember & I wouldn't go anywhere else. You can't beat the personal service & advise that you just wouldn't get if you booked online.
