The rudest phone call ever, I have not seen a worse service. The girl in the morning is shocking, hanging up and being rude

Booked a cab for the following morning to get to the train station on time. Cab didn't show up. When I phoned them they said they could see the booking on the system but that they didn't cover our area - nobody had even bothered to call to warn us. Appalling service - won't ever use again.
