I have been lucky enough to train all over the world and I can honestly say this gym has the most qualified and (I think more importantly) experienced and knowledgable staff I have ever met, truly dedicated to there art. It doesn’t matter what level you are you will feel at home in this truly exclusive gym, worth every penny.

Absolutely fantastic gym, very well kitted out with some top notch leg machines, fantastic array of barbells and dumbbells, plenty of back kit and lots of space for deads, squats and bench. Very helpful and friendly staff & PT's and also friendly members and a lovely owner.
