It took me 4 days to get the funds, 3 booked flights, but they understood my needs every step of the way and were so patient with a nightmare customer (myself). Delighted with myself and in love with my watch. Had it not been for Mariam, I’d probably be wearing a Casio!!

First time in a Rolex store, seems they have a waiting list but wasn’t told that nor why. The assistant just confused me by saying he didn’t know where I could find or even try on one of the other models I liked and he couldn’t contact any store etc. My feedback is to explain to people walking in that nothing is for sale as you need to join a waiting list etc. it would avoid confusion and disappointment. I will find a better brand as life is too short for waiting lists :-)

Very average customer service. I can appreciate Rolex watches are in short supply but there’s a way to manage the messaging without sounding cocky. I was told to “establish a relationship” and then wait to be evaluated if I would make the cut! I can understand what Rolex are trying to achieve but seems there’s training required for the ground crew so that they don’t sound arrogant.Will someone sensible please get in touch if there’s interest to do business?
