Having tried selling my flat for many years with different estate agents I found Dan and Jason refreshingly different. Where other agents escorted viewers around Jason really sold the property to viewers highlighting the good points of the property and suggesting possible solutions to the not so bits. I felt confident that this time the property would sell and it did. Dan was the voice of reason was there to calm the waters when everything seemed like it was up in the air. He not only helped with the sale but offered advice on the purchase which was great for me. Thanks to the staff who were friendly whenever I called.

Bad customer service without manners and very rude the woman who answer the phone is very rude with an orribile attitude that didn’t help me at all to find an apartment. No good unorganized unprofessional employees after my orribile experience won’t recommend for sure ! They are Better agencies with better customer service as well for sure !…

Life is mostly about relationships and business is no exception. I choose Property World to let and then finally sell my house; we had a good relationship and they didn't let me down. The journey was occasionally stressful but they kept a cool head and kept me sane; honesty was always at the forefront of our discussions. Yes I would recommend Property World. Dan and Jason, thank you for all your hard work.

Property World have been absolutely fantastic helping with my move from Leicester to London. The service was great and the staff were very friendly, they couldn’t have been more helpful during the referencing process. Natalia was also very kind and willing to do a virtual tour as I was unable to attend an in person viewing. Andrea was also great to deal with during the final process, I would 100% recommend anyone moving to the area to use them in future.

I am surprised that Property World has received bad reviews. Property World is a well run family business, Richard and Dan Crowley are really good guys to deal with, very professional, dedicated, to offering excellent customer service which a lot of agents can only dream of. As a landlord, Property World have been managing my property since October 2014 and in that time I have received fantastic service. I would also like to mention a member of the team Dina Williams, she first introduced herself as our new property manager in May 2015, we have always found her to be extremely professional and helpful even offering us help and advise when it came to the complete refurbishment of our flat which was turned around in 2 months including the letting process and finding new tenants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Property World to friends and family.

Kevin found a buyer for our flat within a week, and then when the buyers changed their mind months later, he found another buyer within a week again! We really appreciated Kevin and Dan's expert and honest advice through some ups and downs we had during the process. We were also touched to get a very enthusiastic congratulatory call from them on the day of exchange. It was great to deal with a smaller agency and we were impressed with how friendly and helpful staff were any time we called. Would recommend Property World to anyone. Our personal experience of property world was indirect. Our purchaser was selling through them. My experience and that of others in the chain was poor and others in the industry cited it as “dreadful’. We were ALL spoken to rudely, when spoken to at all, and there was very little empathy, professionalism or effort. The main focus was on us all listening to their circumstances. I was told several times that they didn’t have to deal with things and I shouldn’t get involved! I really wouldn’t have wanted to get involved but had little choice given that their focus was not on customer service, selling houses or being truly helpful. Eventually it was resolved but again only after personal intervention. In short there are many other better local estate agents out there. Avoid!

Property World, Penge are fabulous! We bought our 1st home and then sold it 5 yrs later dealing with Jason who is just great! Not going to lie, my past experience of estate agents (not from PW!) hasn't always been great but we always felt Jason was honest and not just giving us a pitch. We also worked with Sharon during the sale who was also great and worked hard to get it through quickly. Thoroughly recommend Property World for buying and selling.

Great service as always, we have used Property World numerous times over the years to source tenants for a rental property we own, they got a very decent footfall through the door for viewings and we ended up with numerous offers, pretty evident all the staff are the experts so they dealt with whole process quick and efficient. All emails replied to promptly etc…Appreciate the help yet again!

Dan and Jason were in charge of selling our property in Penge. We considered using an online agent but thought that having someone with real local knowledge would help to sell our property, and I have to say we were really chuffed with the service. We accepted an offer after the first weekend of viewings which was kudos to them for organising and liaising with potential buyers quickly and efficiently. From then on there was lots of negotiating with the buyer and solicitors etc but Dan really worked hard and kept both myself and the buyer calm and clear with excellent communication throughout the process. He put my faith back into using estate agents and would happily recommend PropertyWorld.
