Sunsail: UK

Second Sunsail flotilla in Croatia and both have been amazing. We had a Catamaran 454 both times. Very comfortable, lots of living space and perfect for two families sharing. Sunsail staff (Amelia, Marco and Joel) were brilliant. They made a great team. Couldn't do enough for us. Lots of suggestions about restaurants, mooring spots for lunch/swims, always on hand to take our stern lines, wave us off in the mornings. This time we went north to the Krka National Park and loved it. Highly recommend.

Words cannot simply covey how crooked these people are, stay away at all costs!

Such a shame to write this review, however, after such terrible customer service we are left with no option. An accidental booking error was made regarding fuel. The wrong information was then given at the base which didn’t allow us to amend our booking. When we have raised this with customer service on our return. They have been incredibly unsupportive and are very happy to clearly profit from this error. This is something I would expect from a cheaper charter company, not Sunsail. We will not be using Sunsail again. Be careful when booking everyone!!!

Booked a sailing course. Everything went well. The Yacht was fresh and clean, the instructor is professional! The cost for this course is about the same everywhere in England.

I have been a Sunsail owner for four years now and I have yet to be upset by anything that I have encountered. Sometimes the boats that we have chartered have not been up to scratch but a call to head office and an email detailing any faults have always been met with a good positive response.I would certainly recommend Sunsail / Moorings to anybody who wants to charter anywhere in the world. There are plenty of other companies who try to do the same thing but they are followers where Sunsail leads and they are still the best.

Terrible company to try and communicate with, they seem happy to ignore their own terms and conditions as it pleases them and their idea of customer service consistently involves ignoring questions or just copy-pasting generic responses back.Dealing with Sunsail and having to turn to the courts to get them to follow their own contract has come close to putting me off sailing altogether.
